We have gone peach mad at the Goddess health office lately; peaches just look so good at the moment and taste amazing. Peaches are rich in vitamins A, K and C so not only taste great but are good for you too. You can add other fruits, nuts or proteins powders to this smoothie bowl recipe but we wanted to keep it quick and simple for those mid week breakfasts when you are on the run.

Ingredients
-
2 Cups Frozen slices
-
1 Cup chopped frozen banana
-
¼ Cup of Peach Juice - Can omit this if you do not want it too sweet
-
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
-
1 Sachet of Metabolism & Energy Superblend
-
1 Sachet of Luminance Collagen Peptides
-
1 Large scoop of Protein Powder (can omit this if needed)
-
One peach sliced
-
Handful of blueberries
-
Chopped nuts and seeds
-
¼ Cup of Nut milk
Directions
Place all frozen ingredients, lemon and peach juice, nut milk, Metabolism & Energy Superblend and Luminance Collagen into the blender and blend until smooth. Be careful not to add too much milk or juice because you want the smoothie to be quite thick, so it is sensible to add the fluids in slowly until you get the desired thickness.
Pour the smoothie into a breakfast bowl.
Take the sliced peach, blueberries and chopped nuts/seeds and sprinkle across the top of the smoothie bowl. You can change the toppings to anything that takes your fancy.
