I started a month ago and I look forward to it and how I feel after full and energetic the taste is fine .The secret is drink it quick before it thickens..
It certainly curbs the appetite which is what I need , I'm a bored eater but with this I don't even think about filling up on anything in the pantry.

I absolutely love these products. I have been using the supercharged weight loss bundle since mid September along with the anti inflammatory program and so far I have lost 6.2kg and my body and joints are feeling so much better. As a person who has found it challenging to loose weight and have tried many things I have found this product very beneficial. Drinking it twice a day before meals makes it easy to use and I find the Lemon Lime pleasant. Use daily and will continue to do so.

I think this has def had an affect on balancing hormones for sleeping better. Unfortunately I haven’t seen any result on it curbing cravings/hunger so have no results for weight loss 😟
